The room was huge with a great view and had a personal safe, central heating, iron and ironing board. The location was amazing, at a moderate distance from Corn Exchange. The food we tried was incredible and they have lots of meals to choose from.

Had special 1 day here thanks to its very good staff and food. I didn't like the bed, it was too soft however I really enjoyed the stay overall.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

Overall had fine stay in a very central location. The staff were superfriendly and accommodating too. The room turned out to be well-organised and air conditioned with coffee maker, comfortable bed and large TV. The hotel had a central setting down by the waterside.

We truly enjoyed our 1 night stay. The staff were fantastic and fabulous, they offered an exceptional service. Got ironing for free, didn't expect that. It was in a very central setting close to restaurants and bars. The breakfast was amazing and satisfactory, with a wide array of meals.

Super location; nice hot breakfast; caring staff. Very specious and freshly renovated rooms with the view of park that we loved. The best private beach we've seen before. Also, the hotel was located within walking distance of Arnolfini Art Gallery and other tourist attractions.

I enjoyed the thoughtful staff and the decent food. Fabulous, warm room, nevertheless the view was depressing. The breakfast included pastries, bacon, eggs, cakes and porridge. Relaxing hotel, had a really BRILLIANT service.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was low plus the bed of mine was broken.

Perfect position and nice room. We visited Caffe Gusto, set only 200 ft away. We strongly recommend as we really enjoyed bristol.
